Raymond was a loving husband to Jean, father to his 7 children Sharon, Cheryl, Adrian, Teresa, Alistair, Shaun, Matthew, grandfather to his 12 grandchildren that he met Me (Sarah), Rachal, Amanda, Nathan, Natasha, Charlotte, Daniel, Matt there are some he hadnt met as they were born after his death they are Molly and Lily, Liam and Owen, brother in law to Christine, Trevor, Wendy, Brian, father in law to Keith, Kathy, Ian, Angela, Ruth, uncle to Mark, Gareth (who died four days after Raymond), Tammy and Lara, son to Violet and Cyril, son in law to Ivy and Stanley, brother to his twin Maurice. You couldnt of got a better man than Raymond.

Raymond was going to football match with Ian and Daniel when he had his first heart attack so Ian took him to a first aider at Keyworth where his nephew was playing football they then phoned for an ambulance then he died in QMC hospital, he is missed by everyone who knew him.

What People Thought Of Raymond:

Sarah: Raymond was my grandad but i didnt call him grandad i called him Papa, i was very close to him, i never spoke to my Nan (Jean) until my Papa's death. I love him and miss him so much. I didnt get much time with my Papa as i was 3 when he sadly passed away but i will ALWAYS remember him and will ALWAYS love him. R.I.P Papa Miss You Loads. Hope You're Ok Up There You've Got Gareth, Your Mum and Dad To Talk To.
Sharon(daughter): He was a good dad who worked very hard all his life. We didnt say how much we loved each other, have some regrets. Wish you was still here. will always love you and think about you everyday.
Jean(wife): Ray, we had our ups and downs but on the whole we had 41 years together, 7 children 7 grandchildren (them that you met), 1 adopted grandson. You left going to what you liked best playing/watching football, the only concelation was you wasnt driving the car. Sill miss you and love you loads, but you're with your mum and dad and my dad, you also took our Gareth a few days after you. Give my love to them plus Rambo (your dog) love you xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Your always in my heart...Happy Fathers Day

Happy Fathers Day Papa
Friday night was well good. I really had a good time and felt like a princess. I really wanted to have a photo with you.
Mum rang Nannie today like normal on Fathers Day to make sure she's ok. Nannie misses you being around so does everyone.
I miss going to Nannies and seeing you and just being around you.
I have your pipe and it's in my room near me. I remember you always having a pipe near you. I also have a photo of you and Uncle Maurice, you both look alike. At my party Uncle Maurice looked the spitting image of you it really shook me up a bit. I miss you every day.
You will always be in my heart, mind, and soul and although we can't see you we know you're here.
I really wish you was here Papa but i know if you was we'd have to go through all the heartache again of losing you.
I hope you're really proud of us all Papa which i'm sure you are.
I miss you and will love you always.

Miss you

Tonight's my prom night i'm really excited but would of loved you to see me in my dress. I know you'll be there looking over us but i want to see you in person but knowing your looking over us is better shame we can't see you. I'd loved to have a picture of me and you.

Miss you

well not having you at my party was kind of heartbreaking =( but i knew you was there but we couldn't see you.
im doing my GCSE's at the moment and they are stressing me out like mad.
Hope your ok up there looking after our Gareth, Ranbo, Grandma Ivy, Grandad Stanley, Grandma Violet and Grandad Cyril.

Miss You So Much
